![]() This being will not be confined to time, and might even use phrases like, In the beginning, before the foundation of the world, the beginning and the end, or the Lamb slain from before the foundation of the world. past, present and future at the exact same time. What about the time dimension? What if there was a being that had a 3-dimensional, or even a multi-dimensional awareness of time? This Being would have a multi-dimensional experience of time, i.e. In a 3D-world an additional up or down movement would be possible. In a 2D-world we would only be able to move forward and backwards and left or right. But, not only that, it also adds an extra consciousness and awareness of the unseen world. Each additional dimension, adds an additional degree of freedom, awareness and experience to our existence. This is because we have bypassed our theophany body, which is another dimension, connecting us and giving us knowledge of the dimensions above the two we experience, as far as time is concerned. As far as time is concerned, we experience our existence as flatlanders: being 2-dimensional and living in a 2-dimensional world. We cannot go back in time, so that we are trapped in a ½-dimension of time, i.e. ![]() We can only move in a linear, one dimensional direction in time. You and I are trapped in linear, forward time, called the arrow of time. The Psalmist, Psalms 90 verse 9, says that we spend our years as a tale that is told. God’s plan of redemption plays itself out on the stage of time: in bodies of time. Time opens up the natural dimensions to us, which brings about bodies, i.e. You’re looking into the past, gazing out at a galaxy that might not even be there anymore.Ĭonsider the following statements: God isandlives in Eternity – He is timeless, space-less, and has no past, no present nor future. Even the universe, is not what it appears to be, because it takes the light of those distant stars millions of years to get here. Time, however, does not exist as we know it. We are taught, from the cradle to the grave, that time waits for no man. It’s hard to imagine, because all we know, or all we think we know, is that time passes. No be, no want to be, just one long, uninterrupted: IS. Summer holidays would never end, you could never lose a job, and your fiancé could never leave you. There’ll be no more births, deaths, and no more broken hearts. No more rushing to get there, because you could no more be late. ![]() Imagine if you stop the clock, there’ll be no rush hour. ![]() Subtract time from the equation, and all you are left with is space: no motion, no change… Take away time and you take away everything we know, everything we believe, and everything we understand our entire world of experience.
